All piercing services are performed in a private studio room, ensuring that your experience is just for you...and maybe a friend for support and hype!

Piercing Aftercare Guidance
You will receive comprehensive aftercare guidance at the time of your service to ensure proper healing and long-lasting health of your new piercing. (our aftercare guide is also posted here).

We also offer soap and various saline solutions that you can take home with you to ensure you're treating your new piercing in the best way possible to protect your investment.
Body Jewelry Collection
We use only the highest quality jewelry made with materials like titanium, niobium or gold -never stainless or surgical steel. ​ We additionally do not use externally-threaded jewelry.

Walk-ins are always welcome, and our team is dedicated to providing a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Be Prepared. We highly recommend clients have a moderate meal a few hours before their piercing, as well as be hydrated! Having food in your stomach helps your blood sugar levels during the procedure. We also require all clients arrive sober.
​
Be flexible. We only want to do piercings that will heal well, and be healthy. That does sometimes mean because of anatomy, we can’t do all piercings on all bodies. It's always good to have a backup in mind! We don’t ever want to say no to a client, but we will turn people away for piercings that we do not think will heal.
Body Piercing Services Costs and Expectations
Plan to spend a little time with your piercing specialist to select the best possible jewelry for your desired results - we will take in to consideration your desired piercing location(s), your specific body anatomy and support you in selecting the best possible jewelry piece to achieve your desired short-term and long-term results. Piercing services start at $40, not including your selected jewelry.

The prices you see listed are only for the base piercing service. Jewelry is not included in the prices shown here. Jewelry cost depends on style and material, but usually start around $15-$30, and can go up into the hundreds.

Forms of payment for piercing services include cash, credit cards and valid American Tattoo Company Gift Certificates. We do not accept checks of any kind.

No drugs, alcohol or altering-substance use prior to any services allowed. We reserve the right to refuse services to anyone, for any reason at any time.
​
At the time that you book your service, or walk in, you will receive a consent form to review and sign that covers potential risks as well as consents for us to complete your service. If you book an appointment ahead of time, you will receive your consent form via text or email and you can complete this prior to your appointment to save a step at the studio.
Documentation Requirements
All Piercing Services require that you present a valid (not expired) photo ID at the time of your service. As per our legal compliance obligations, this requirement is not negotiable and required by all customers.

18 yrs old+:
- valid government-issues photo ID
- drivers license
- passport
- student ID
- other forms of official photo identification as approved and at the discretion of the Team at American Tattoo Company
​
Under 18 yrs old (Minors):
- Minors must be accompanied at all times by a Parent, Guardian, or Managing Conservator
- BOTH the Minor and the Parent, Guardian, or Managing Conservator must present valid photo ID:
- Minors must present photo ID (school ID, drivers license, learners permit, passport, etc.)
- Parent, Guardian, or Managing Conservator must present a government-issued picture ID.
- If the minor does not have any form of photo ID, we require the original copy of their birth certificate to use as a form of identification.
The parent signing must be on the birth certificate.​​

If there is a custody situation where the minor lives with a legal guardian instead of the biological parent; stamped, registered court paperwork must accompany the above stated identification. No exceptions. You will be turned away if you do not provide proper identification.
